This week, Les chats with Kelsey Egan, writer and director of the sci-fi feature Glasshouse. In addition to writing and directing, Kelsey has worked professionally as a stunt performer, AD, producer, VFX producer and actress. Her credits include Warrior, Raised by Wolves, Bloodshot, Maze Runner: The Death Cure, The Dark Tower, The Crown, Eye in the Sky, The Giver, Zulu, Mad Max: Fury Road, Strike Back and District 9.
A dystopian fairytale, Glasshouse is the first film in a three-picture grounded sci-fi slate developed with Showmax and Local Motion Pictures in association with Crave Pictures, with Kelsey directing and co-writing. Kelsey has written for television as well, recently on the 6-part TV adaptation of Deon Meyer’s bestselling thriller, Trackers.
